    • 2 packs of soft cotton tissues

    Choice of Delivery Method

    Natural Birth

    Pros: faster postpartum recovery, shorter hospital stay, the baby passing through the birth canal benefits lung development
    Suitable for: normal fetal position, good pelvic conditions, no serious complications

    C-Section

    Suitable for: abnormal fetal position, oversized fetus, placenta previa, mother with serious illness, etc.
    Note: slower recovery after surgery; wound care is needed
